Carpenter Assistant

(Residential Kitchen & Bath Remodeling)

 You’ll be helping one of our 5 experienced install teams on all kinds of home renovation projects.

On-the-job training covers everything from the basics to the finer details of carpentry and remodeling.

Some of the skills you'll pick up:

• Demo like a pro (yes, smashing things… with purpose)
• Framing + drywall install/finishing
• Electrical + basic plumbing
• Cabinet + trim workFlooring (tile, wood, vinyl tile)
• Tile setting for walls, floors & backsplashes
  

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 2 years of full-time experience in carpentry/remodeling (or a similar trade)
• Is comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Knows how to measure accurately
• Shows up on time and is ready to work and learn
• Works well with a team
• Can problem-solve on the fly
• Has a clean background and valid driver’s license
  

• A real job, not a contractor gig
• Year-round, indoor work – 95% of jobs are inside
• Paid travel time + company-provided transport from shop to site
• Tools provided (just bring your basic hand tools)
• Minimal travel – we stay local to Bucks & Montgomery counties
• Steady work (6-12 months of backlog = no dry spells)
• A tight-knit team that actually enjoys coming to work
